Delivery Information
Free Delivery:
Orders including £1000 will be delivered for FREE. If you are not in when the courier attempts delivery they will leave a calling card with their contact details and will attempt to re-deliver up to 3 times before returning the parcel to us.
- 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Parcels going to residential addresses may be delivered on a Sunday.
- We let you track your driver’s progress on a real-time map on your smartphone.
- Items on backorder will be despatched as soon as they arrive back in stock.
- Some orders may get to you next day.
Standard Timescales:
Deliveries are usually made within 5 working days of your order being placed.
Orders under £70 will be priced at £3.99.
NOTE: You can select different preferred payment methods for online transactions and in-store transactions.
Returns Information
Returns:
In the event that you are not satisfied with your order you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract, or 14 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment refunded.
NOTE: Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
